How to Join

Now that you are ready to join!

RCSCC Manitoulin has been dedicated to youth on Manitoulin Island through the development of skills in leadership, physical fitness and citizenship. We meet and parades at the Manitoulin Secondary School on Monday nights from 6:00pm to 9:00pm during school months, with several weekend activities scheduled during the trainng year. There are no registration fees or dues to join the Cadet Program and all are welcome. Cadets are not a part of the Canadian Forces and there is no expectation to join the military after being a cadet. We encourage you to contact us if you have any questions, comments or would like to join the corps!

If you are a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant between the ages of 12 and 18, you can join the Sea Cadets, for free, in 1 easy steps.

 

STEP 1: HAVE YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN COMPLETE THIS ONLINE FORM

              For unit name, please enter 348 and choose MANITOULIN

STEP 3: BRING THESE TO YOUR LOCAL SEA CADET CORP

  1. a photocopy of the birth certificate or equivalent; and

  2. a photocopy of the health insurance card (where available).

  3. Your completed forms

These completed forms, along with the photocopies of your health insurance card and birth certificate start your Cadet Personnel Record. Your Cadet Personnel Record is stored safely and securely at the Cadet Corps. There is no need to send forms or documentation anywhere!
